Store Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you may send full price modern (new) clothing back only, within 14 days of purchase to receive a e-store credit via email to use towards your next purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our brick-and-mortar store (see address below). Modern clothing items must be unworn unwashed, all original tags must be attached, smoke free, no stains, blemishes, pulls, must be in immaculate condition, etc. Modern clothing returns for e-store credit are subject to inspection by staff prior to issuing credit and credit may be denied if criteria are not met. Please note, most items are final sale, this policy of issuing e-store credit only applies to full price modern clothing purchased via www.shopvintagealley.com. Discounted modern clothing is final sale. Please email us prior to sending back a modern clothing item and include your order number, SKU # and size of the article you are sending back so we have a heads up - shopvintagealley@gmail.com !

Orders ship via USPS. All orders will ship within 2-5 business days. We will follow up with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders may ship later then five business days on occasion. Customer responsible for return shipping if returning modern clothing for store credit.
